"Contacted Go-Flow as i had a smell coming from my foundations after a leak. Conner came up & investigated the issue and advised what the next steps would be. He returned this week with Barry to carry out the works i had been quoted for to get rid of the smell. They had to lift new laminate flooring that had not long been put down to gain access under the floor to clean & sanitise the foundations and to be quite honest after they left you wouldn't know the flooring had been touched ( great job !! ) Both guys were a pleasure to have in the house, cheerful , hard working and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Recieved a follow up phone call from Carrie in the office to check everything had gone to plan & to say that if we required anything more to give them a call. Would highly recommend this company to anyone having issues with drains ect."

I was just about to head to bed and heard a bang from the bathroom and found water everywhere from a burst pipe 🌊🌊 The stop tap was stuck and the first emergency plumber I called was on a job and I was too panicked and impatient to get through the automated system of the next two. So happy that Go-Flow responded and came to my rescue before me and my wee dog were completely submerged 😭 I will be forever grateful to Connor who came out so quickly and the night before his holiday too!!! He was so lovely and made me laugh when he came to find us flapping about soaking wet 😂 he sorted it straight away and answered all my questions and was very kind and reassuring. "Highly recommend! Engineer Brian is 10/10!. Initial phone call was answered immediately and service/call out booked in for within 24hours. Brian called 1st thing in the morning to Introduce himself and provide an ETA. When he arrived he asked me a few questions to assess the issue and background and then he set to work. The problem blockage was cleared however after discussion, I also opted for a camera survey to ascertain cause of recurring problem. This was VERY reasonably priced so made complete sense to do this. Brian set to work, talking me through what he was doing, showing me pictures on the camera and explaining everything. Full transparency - fantastic! Based on my experience I have now asked Go-Flow for a quote to carry out necessary repair works. The friendliness, knowledge and patience (I asked a lot of questions!) that Brian presented were excellent. An outstanding asset to the Go-Flow team. "Originally spoke with Connor, explaining about a blocked drain. He was able to organise for an engineer to come round a few hours later. Brian was able to quickly identify what and where the blockage was. He was able to remove it and clear all the pipes. He also used the camera to check all the pipes were clear. Brian was happy to show me the camera and explain how it worked, so I could see the pipes were all clear as well. Both Connor and Brian were extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot fault the level of service. I'd happily recommend them to anyone."

"At the weekend, the worst thing happened - we got a leak from an old lead pipe in our tenement flat!l, which threatened to flood downstairs and all we could do was turn the water off the the whole block! Connor answered my call out of hours, and had one of his team Mark come out straight away on a Sunday. "They guys have done an amazing job - cleared both sinks in minutes and made sure that the waste pipe from our boiler into the sink was cleared out properly. My boiler engineer previously told me that we would need to pull all of the kitchen cupboards back to clear the boiler waste pipe, but the guys from Go flow had a special device for fast and efficient pipe cleaning that sucked out all of the muck without any fuss!
