Do you charge a call-out fee?
During standard business hours, we do not charge a standard "call out fee" simply to travel to your property. However, diagnosing complex leaks or performing CCTV surveys to identify buried problems involves skilled diagnostic time, which is chargeable. We will always clarify diagnostic fees before commencing work. Emergency out-of-hours calls (nights, weekends, holidays) are subject to a standard emergency mobilization fee, which our dispatcher will state transparently during your initial phone call.
How can I pay for my completed services?
To make things as convenient as possible, we accept all major credit and debit cards on-site directly with our engineers, bank transfers (BACS), and traditional cash payments. We issue formal digital PDF invoices and receipts via email for all completed works.
What happens if the job takes longer than expected?
If our engineer discovers that a drainage blockage or plumbing fault is far more severe than first evaluated (such as a structural pipe collapse instead of a standard grease buildup), we will pause and explain the situation. We will present photographic or video evidence where possible, detail your options, and provide a revised fixed quote. We will never proceed without your explicit consent.
